Despite that it is a non profit organization which is partially funded by taxpayer money, it is run like a private club with minimalized access to the public. To hot pool is not available at any hours to use it, you must pay the membership fee and on top of that you are forced to pay for the aqua fitness courses to use it. They were not able to provide me any information about the hours for using other services like swimming, sauna.The place is run to accommodate administration, not the public.
