    Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered two funeral arrangement that cost me $299.00+ Was told that they would use a specific container. When I got to the the funeral home I was devastated. Not only did they use a different container(one half the size)the arrangement itself was very sparse. I paid for a DELUXE arrangement but was given a STANDARD arrangement. The larger arrangement lasted a single day at the funeral home. MISS THE PREVIOUS OWNERS! Didn't know they sold the shop.

    I always worry sending flowers of poor quality is worst than not sending! I ordered a dozen of long stem roses from Beaver Creek Florist for our anniversary and what my wife received were premium grade red roses. Delivery was on time even with very short notice of ordering. Thank you for the professional customer service! Will definitely use again!

    I received flowers yesterday from Beaver Creek and i was veyr unsatisfied with the service. My boyfriend invested so much time and money to send me flowers on valentines day just to get a very bad service. The Teddy bear was dusty and smelling and the roses not very fresh. The owner was rude and disrespectful on the phone he didn't seem to understand simple sentence and I had to keep repeating myself since he couldn't apparently believe what i was saying. I would never recommend place.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Having used this florist many times, the biggest disappointment landed at my home today. Valentine's Day. My husband ordered and paid for orchids yesterday. Picked up this morning.They are cut flowers, no vase, orchids they are, upon calling and asking how to care for them, i was told to 'maybe give a hint to him for next time'??These are not potted orchids and will die in a matter of days. If PURCHASING ORCHIDS, SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR A PLANT-A VASE SHOULD BE A GIVEN.

    sorry that you thought this was wrong on our end but when a customer buys orchids they do come in two ways cut or planted and it is up to the customer if they want to pay the extra cost for the vase if they are not planted (planted always comes with a pot) .....it does not matter which store you go to nothing is given free you have to add it. Why I said to you give your husband a hint because on the phone you told me you wanted them planted so I suggested you tell him what you like next time ....sorry again
