I had required a car after an accident and you were a pleasure to deal with!
This company was the worst rental car company I have dealt with. Even companies I have had dealings with in the US and developing parts of the world have been more prompt, courteous, respectful and professional. I too was rented a severely damaged vehicle, after being forced to wait around an extra hour and a half after I was told it would be dropped off. It contained various pet hair, reeked of cigarette smoke. I was told it was all I had so take it or leave it. Then I was fined for smoking!
service was great, facilities were clean, prices and wait times were better then others I tried in the past. these ppl actually had cars when I came to pick one up at the price initially given unlike other places i been to........... I recommend them to everyone!
This place is great, reliable just as the name says!
I like the cars and customer service. I rent the smaller gas saving cars and have used their cargo van for moving couches and things a few times and they were very helpful.
We wary of extra charges from "Reliable" on your credit card without your knowledge. Also, it's not unheard of to wait weeks (or even a month) for email/phone responses regarding these extra charges.
I rented a moving truck for the weekend from your Whitby location. It was great. Thanks again for your service.
Gave me a damaged vehicle; when I returned it, they blamed me for the damages and charged me for it (without telling me anything). I've been battling the charge ($140) with them ever since I noticed it on there almost 2 months ago. It has been a nightmare getting any kind of response from them on this issue. They are ducking my attempts at contact and the few times I actually do hear from them, they say they are 'looking into it', but again, it has been almost two months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I've been using this company for my vehicle rentals for a couple of years, and they are always great! As their name says, they are very reliable!

Rental went fine until it was time to return the car. I was told I could have a ride home then was told I couldn't have it because all the staff called in sick. they offered no solution and refused to pay for a cab. I requested extra time to make arrangements for a ride (during bad winter weather) I was granted until noon next day. when I returned car an hour early with extra gas in tank he refused to do circle check with me. I was billed an extra day and had to fight for my refund.

The vehicle was an insurance replacement, unfortunately we were unable to accommodate a return ride home due to staffing situations. Circle checks are a mandatory procedure that is completed when checking a car in and out. We apologize for any hardship or misunderstanding that may have occurred.
