    My experience with this company has been excellent. They answer calls and emails, arrive when they say they will arrive, are courteous and professional. They were able to talk through options with me and provide advice on what would be necessary and what would not. They provided detailed quotes and updated them as needed. They waterproofed my basement and rebuilt it and I am very pleased with the results.

    The initial consultation with DC Basement Waterproofing/Concrete regarding installation of a sump pump and backwater flow valve was very thorough and professional. All our questions and concerns were addressed and explained. They were punctual and the job was completed within the scheduled timeline which also included scheduling of the city inspector. We would 100% recommend this company. A job well done!

    I had a new backwater valve and overflow installed by DC Basement. The workers were very friendly and courteous. I had a few questions and they were very knowledgeable in explaining the job process. I would highly recommend DC Basement. EXCELLENT JOB
