Outdoor Design and Build

Outdoor Design and Build is get one star only because I can't give them a ZERO! Cancelled on us 6 times - either just didn't show up or had lame excuses! 69 days after the first time they said they would be here and the job is still not started. VERY poor communication and when we asked for our deposit back they back INCREDIBLY rude!! Stay away from these scammers and find someone that will be, and act professional.

Terrible customer service …….. they did not follow proper procedure while installing paving bricks and left a haze all over bricks ……. spoke to manufacturer of sand they used and they said it was their fault after looking at pictures of their completed work, but they refused to fix problem...….they work out of an old minivan that leaked fluid up and down my driveway TWICE!......they are a real mom and pop operation......save your money and hire proffessionals!
