TRU Inspections

As this was our first house, we wanted to be present in the inspection to feel confident about the house we are getting and to learn. Anton came on time and took us through the entire inspection from top to bottom. He took the time to show and explain us in detail the important and less important aspects, even when there was nothing wrong with it, and how to properly maintain different areas. We felt he was comprehensive, professional and just pleasant to work with.

Anton provided excellent home inspection service. He was approachable to ask questions and was in no rush. He had great professional knowledge and attention to detail for every aspect of the house. He took pictures all over and explained us about good and faulty features of the house. He also advised us how to fix those faults and an approximate cost for it.
