My boyfriend ordered a taxi, 30 minutes later he called back and it said it was en route. 15 minutes later it still not there so he called and spoke to someone and she said 2 minutes. Then 10 minutes later he called back and someone said there wasn't any taxi available in buckingham and that a driver had took the call 1 minute after we called.

The person who answered the phone was so nice and gentile and the driver helped me lots with my groceries.

The car was so clean and the driver was so social and knowledgeble about the area. I really had a safe and pleasant ride to the aeroport of Ottawa.
