Service absolument médiocre. Mon vétérinaire m'avait référé à cet endroit pour passer une écho d'urgence. En arrivant sur place ils m'ont informé qu'il ne faisait pas d'écho le samedi (ma vet les avaient appeler pour dire qu'ils envoyaient un patient).. rendu sur place ma chatte était trop souffrante (elle a 5 mois).. donc ils lui ont donné antidouleur. Grosse histoire qui coutait 7000$ et plus l'opérée ou euthanasie alors qu'au final elle était juste enceinte (7 bb !!) et devait être avortée !
Our cat required hospitalization back in March. I telephoned to see how he was on the first night of his stay and the receptionist told me “Don’t call us, we’ll call you.” This is a private facility that charged us $3,700 for their services and they made me feel like I had bothered them.
Happily, the cat recovered, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, he came back to us filthy, hungry, and constipated. They neglected to give him his constipation medication during his stay.
Absolute nightmare, my dog had porcupine quills stuck all over his body. They tool 4 hours to remove the quills after a 2 hour wait. Charged me $800 for sub par treatment. The next day I noticed my dog limping and check his back paw and there were 2 quills that were missed. I went back to the vet to let them know they did not perform there job correctly and that my dog was in pain and could not stand on his hind leg. I was told I was next up but that took 4 hours. Horrible service!!!!
Très mauvaise expérience au niveau exotique. La vétérinaire m'a suggéré une opération sur un animal en fin de vie alors qu'on me l'a fortement déconseillé lors de mon 2e avis. Clairement, c'était pour faire de l'argent sur mon dos. Je vous conseille d'y aller uniquement en cas d'extrême urgence. Sinon, il est préférable d'attendre et d'aller dans un autre vétérinaire.
