I spent over $750 and bought an Idatalink remote start for Mercedes and the devices were shipped to me about 6 months ago,it was installed by professional and it is defective and i have been having problem with it from day one, contacted Sako who sold it to me and they made me go around all this time asking me to check battery etc. Which i did and they agreed it was good, to make it short DO NOT BUY device from them because they don’t honer the warranty and you lose your money and time

Bonjour. Suite à la pose d’un nouveau démarreur à distance qui m’a couté 450$ avant les taxes. Je ne suis pas satisfait du travail, car Jack n’a pas fait l’installation qu’il devait faire. Je suis très déçu, pour cette raison, je ne peux recommander ce garage. Désolé. Merci. Normand Bergeron, Longueuil, Qc.
