this store was AMAZING. i went to repair my screen before my vacation. they fixed the screen on the spot! they also unlocked my phone and sold me a USA sim card for my vacation to flordia. this saved me a bundle of money on long distance and roaming charges. they also sold me a waterproof case which allowed me to go in the ocean with my phone and take pictures. this store is truly great. its the one stop shop for all your mobile phone needs.

Took 3 weeks to know if my cellphone could be fixed, and 5 more days to get it back after multiple requests. They never called me back a single time to give me updates on the repair status, and despite promising me that the phone could be repaired, I had to call the store *multiple* times to get answers. It got to the point where I was concerned that they wanted to keep my phone indefinitely because they broke it more somehow. Horrible. STAY AWAY.
