Ongles MTL

De 1 nous avions demandé des acryliques et ça lui a pris 1h30 par personne donc pour moi et mon amie 3h en tout et de 2 comment dire nos ongles ne sont vraiment mais vraiment pas ce que nous imaginons

Awful customer service. Do not pay attention to potential clients when enter their salon to ask a simple question. English is not the best. I will not go there in the future to have my nails done.

DIRTY PLACE REUSE TOOLS ON CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CLEANING

Absolutely disgusting place. I made 2 appointments for 2pm The lady removed my friend's toe polish with one cotton ball, AND PROCEEDED TO USE THE SAME ONE TO REMOVE MY POLISH. I then waited 30 minutes for them to start my pedicure, as there were only 2 ladies working, and 5 customers, even though they had accepted my appointment. After my friend's pedicure was finished, the lady tried to use THOSE SAME TOOLS ON ME. I had to ask her multiple times to change them before she did. Would never return
