Unfortunately we never got to receive his services. I bought an in-person reading for my husband for Christmas and Charles indicated that he would be available after 12/27. My partner reached out to him multiple times but with no response over a period of a week. I almost thought it was a scam. To his credit he did refund me, but this was quite disappointing and embarassing for me as this was a present. I wish him the best of luck and hope he can be more responsive to future potential clients.
