In the middle of the covid pandemic, thankfully, Liam Pratt was able to squeeze in our inspection on very short notice. Calls and emails were always answered promptly.
His knowledge of homes and their systems is very impressive.
His inspection was very methodical and thorough taking four hours for a small one floor home and a small semi-basement.
This was followed with a detailed and professionally finished written report less than 48 hours later.

I highly recommend Liam Pratt if you are looking for a top level inspector! He is extremely knowledgeable and he is a strong communicator. He showed a great deal of patience with all of our questions and he easily switched back and forth from English to French, depending on who was asking the question.
