My family recently dined at Mr. Ribs and it was without a doubt the WORST meal we have ever had in our lives. The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was inedible. Appetizer came burnt beyond recognition and the meal was so disgusting, you literally could not eat it. Our waiter was very slow and unsure of himself. When we sent the food back and told him it was not edible, he didn't offer any other choices, and they charged us for the entire bill!! Free dessert was included with the meal, which we never received (probably a blessing). I questioned at the til why we should pay for something we couldn't eat, but again was offered no other option. I called the manager when I got home to see if this was their policy, and if there was anything he was willing to do to remedy the situation, but he had no answer for me. Worst dining experience ever, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
