    Purchased 3pc reclining furniture with Zucora 5yr platinum warranty on June/18 from Saskatoon Leon’s. Furniture had nothing but problems like it took til Dec/18 just to get the console. Furniture should’ve been replaced bc Zucora got false information and they dropped the plan. They did nothing but lie about everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY at Leon’s bc it’s all garbage and it’s from their staff. The one photo is a cut they repaired and 2nd where footrest hits the base.

    Brutal service!! Purchased a sectional in early November was told will be here January now saying not till March. We priced matched to receive $1000 off and they won’t honour that till we receive the couch ( 5 months later) So they are withholding our money for an unreceived item. Was told numerous times I would receive a call back, am still waiting. Tried to speak with a manager and can never get through... “conveniently” Will not purchase from here again.

    They told me it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks for my furniture to arrive and evertime I called about my stuff they told its on its way 2 weeks, next month. It took them 5 months to get my stuff and its still not all here my night stand another month maybe so it will have being over 7 months total to get all my stuff and never again will I order from leons...

    Bought some loveseat about 2 years ago. The reclining mechanisms keep bending inside and wont open or close. The Saskatoon store will do nothing about them. Actually got mad at me for demanding something be done. They know that product is horrible as explained by thier service repair man that came out within the first month.Store manager would not call made an employee call. Definately turned into a discount junk store.

    Terrible customer service. They forgot to order a piece I wanted. Sent them an email and got no reply where my piece was. Had to go to the store to get an answer.

    Ordered a sofa, loveseat & recliner fr here. When I ordered & paid in full they only had the recliner so I chose to wait to get the whole set delivered. They call & rudely tell me the sofa & loveseat can be delivered but have to wait until July for the recliner! The next day the lady I ordered from calls & says the sofa & loveseat can be delivered but the recliner is not avail. for approx 2 wks. I asked how the recliner that was there is now not available she said I don’t know. Terrible business

    Ordered a couch in November Nd was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to order. Was disappointed but then 6 weeks later they tell me its not coming till March. And when couch was bought it was black Friday sale which is the same as the normal price I find out after. They have done minimal to nothing to compensate for trouble

    Deplorable customer service after purchase made! Bought Black Friday, told would arrive in 1 week. Not delivered until JANUARY. Delivery "showed up and called" but neither of those things actually happened. Had to take time off work to receive the delivery THREE TIMES before their communication lined up. The lady running delivery department is the most unprofessional unaccountable incompetent loose cannon I've ever dealt with in customer service. Other departments never update notes regarding

    New in town. ..went to Leon's and had the very very good fortune of meeting Brookes. ....fabulous salesman. ...no pressure but super helpful and accommodating. ...been there twice in two weeks and spent a substantial amount of money. ....asked specifically for Brookes. ..if you need anything he should definitely be your go -to guy. Great experience from puchase to delivery.

    The delivery service is very poor. I took the morning off work for a delivery, and they didn't show up. They did not even have my delivery in their system that day.

    The guy who helpe...

    The guy who helped me at the store was helpful but do not get their free delivery. The told me one time then showed up way earlier. They didn't even knock on my door so I didn't see that they came. When I called to get them to come back, the lady said the driver had gone home for the day even though it was only 1pm! Then she offered to get it on a truck the next day and when I said it would have to be first thing because I work, she took it all back and said there wasn't even room on the truck to begin with! Now I'm forced to wait another few days for my bed. Not pleased!!!
