Staff are friendly and efficient. Clinic is always clean and staff always present in a professional matter. Staff were more than pleased to take my calls and update me as to the status of my pets health thru out the day while he had surgery. Rates are the best I have found within a 25 km radius of Kingston. I have brought my Great Dane Duke to Bath since he came into my family, and wont take him anywhere else!

First of all I would like to say that I have been going to Tweed for years (15+) even before the switch over to the new vet. (Dr.Patel who has been there for 6+ years) (WHO I LIKE!) I have always found that their prices are fair and that they treat all the animals with kindness. (Which is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME)Dr. Patel was very nice and explained treatments to me and if I had any questions he always takes time to explain things again.THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL!
