Jelle is the consummate professional and has a wealth of experience. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry he responded and was over in the same hour to have a look at the job. This is unheard of in Muskoka. He had a quote back to me within three days and he fit me in to his extremely busy schedule to repoint two chimneys before the winter season hit.
