Great! Pat is very knowledgeable and not only did he clean our chimney and give us a Wett certification for our insurance, he pointed out a couple of issues with our fireplace chimney that had been missed during installation (and cleaning by a different company). I would highly recommend Vancouver Chimney Chief for any of your fireplace needs. We had a problem with smoke building up when the tenants above us were having a fire. He took the time to explain the problem to me (a new homeowner and landlord who knows nothing about fireplaces).
