Our fridge was not working 9PM. Booked online on their website and got a confirmation email back booking the appointment for the next day. Super nice lady called me back on the phone around 8:30AM the next day. Tech arrived on time and had the parts needed to fix the problem. Everyone was excellent to deal with. Very professional!
