Love this store. Great layout, staff friendly approachable and very helpful. Treated like a friend every time, love it. Store clean, always, but they have seemed to go above and beyond during covid, and have continued to keep up this standard, where other stores are cutting corners! I bought a high mileage, older car from them with the expectations that come with that sort of vehicle. 10 days in, it dumped a quarter tank of gas onto the road. I called Parkrow, they told me to bring it back in. Ended up putting a brand new gas tank on the car at no charge because it was still under warranty. In life, shit happens; how it is dealt with is what matters and these folks stepped up, honoured their warranty and got me back into the driver’s seat. I will go back for my next car. Read more
