We are extremely happy with the service we have received at NCR. We went down to look at the motorcycles several times before we purchased the two Vulcans and we never felt pressure to purchase immediately. They took their time with us and explained everything fully. My wife who also rides really appreciates the service she receives. They treat her very respectfully and she appreciates that. Ryan and Aaron are very helpful and knowledgeable. Virgil is the service department is outstanding. Larry always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. The quality of customer service is excellent! Everyone there always greets you and knows you by name. Customer service is the most important factor and they truly care about their customers!
This was my first experience of purchasing a motorcycle, and I must say Larry and his TEAM at NRC made me feel like one of the family! NO pressure and there were no stupid questions. After 30 years away from bikes I decided to get back in before retirement. Spent much time and gas running around Niagara looking at various brands of bikes and talking to many salesmen. I should have just went to see the staff at NRC since that was where I ended up. Larry spent a lot of time and effort getting me comfortable on the proper bike for me and made sure I was safe and understood all the controls on the bike. Service and accessory departments are as helpful as sales but my favourite employee has to be Buster. If you are after a bike go straight to NRC and you're guaranteed to be treated right.
Bottom line is I travel 100 klms to bring my bike for service at Niagara Race Crafters and in doing so I pass at least three other Kawasaki dealers on the way... I even have stayed at a hotel overnight for a major job. Why you might ask - is it price? Not necessarily however I have found the prices to be fair and competitive. Is it product availability? To some extent but more importantly is the fact that they will go the extra mile to locate the product if they can. Is it service – most assuredly! However it is more than one of these elements it is the “total package”! I have the privilege of conducting seminars for new entrepreneurs starting businesses in our community. One of our seminars is entitled “The True Cost of Customer Service”; in this workshop we discuss what it costs a company if they provide less than “best in class” service. One of the examples we use is the story of me acquiring my first motorcycle after 40 years being without one. Bottom line is that in two years I changed dealers three times and then I found Niagara Race Crafters; what an eye opening experience and I now use my experience to describe the lost cost to the other dealers because of their poor customer service. In my opinion one of the differentiating factors is that at NRC’s you feel like you are valued not just by Larry and Patty (the owners) but also the rest of the staff. When I drop in even if it has been months they remember me by name and treat my requests and sometimes uniformed questions with sincerity and promptness. I have recommended NCR to many of my riding friends and I know that my seminar attendees have learned as a result of my sharing this experience of how to build advocacy through excellence in customer care. In the past three years I have “invested” over $30k in my motorcycles so the value I get in return is very critical to me – I am also at times unreasonably demanding; others in this industry could learn from the team at NRC. Great Shop! Great Service! I'm impressed not only by the staff's considerable technical knowledge, but also by their unmatched customer service. These guys remember your name, your situation, and your preferences. They also have top-notch service mechanics to keep your bike running like new. I have purchased two motorcycles from Race Crafters and also several custom items as well from them. I have never had a negative experience with them or with anything I've bought from them. Their quality products and super service keep customers coming back and I'll never take my bike anywhere else.
