I had never ridden a street bike before and always wanted to. I just bought my first bike from NRC. Ryan was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Larry actually spent time with me on the street teaching me the basics and getting me acquainted with my bike!
I've never had service like this from any other place, ever!
Not sure I would have gotten on a bike if it weren't for these guys! I'll be riding for life now because of NRC, and I'll be a NRC customer for life as well!

I can say I have been dealing with NRC for the last 20 some odd years.
I lived in London Ontario many years ago so every time I need something I would have it shipped to them, NRC has helped lot in the past when I was bracket racing with some of the fastest bike I have ever built.
I have finally been able to meet the crew the last few years.
I now live close by so sorry guys but you got to put up with me now
cause I'm here to stay.
There customer service is top notch, I can be picky and some times need some hard to get parts they have always been able to find them.
They are always willing to help or talk to you every time you go there.
If you are a Kawasaki fan like me go see NRC you won't regret it.

The fellas as Niagara Race Crafters are all extremly friendly, knowledgeable and they provide excellent customer service. I like that they know me by name, have gotten to know my riding style and hence my needs as a rider.
They walked me through the purchase of my first bike in quite a few years and they have been my go to place for service and accessories. I have found that they understand customer needs and a desire for value.
I know you are not supposed to love things, but my bike is a very cherished possession and I have had some very special memories with friends and family on my bike.
