The gentlman that serves you ( the owner) has no personality and appears very impatient and blunt being rough around the edges. His wife is pleasant and the place is clean. Too much tomatoe sauce on the sandwiches.

I have been to Sinatras many many times and love the sandiwches. I get either Veal with cheese or chicken with cheese and am never disapointed. The meat, breading, buns and sauce are amazing and the only problem is I eat them too fast because of the great taste even though they are often the size of my head as stated by another reviewer. best sandwiches in durham by far.
Sandwich is overated. Veal is sliced way too thin. Way too much breading. I have been there a few times and I mentioned it to the owners. They said it was the same as California. No Way. It does not compare. You can see the Veal at California. It is not paper thin. I dont mind spending the money but give some meat and not breading. Things wont change there as they are out too lunch.
